How should I wash and care for my UP?
Where do you make your gear?
Currently, we manufacture in China. To select our overseas partners, we prioritize quality, compliance to worker's safety, fair wages and benefits, and dedication to minimizing environmental impacts (things like water waste and air emissions).
Are your sports bras padded?
Yes, all of our bras come with removable padding. Additionally, the stitching is designed to keep the pads snug so they don’t get jumbled or fall out in the washing machine.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
We typically ask for 1-2 business days for our team to pack & ship your full order. However during promotional holiday weeks, your order will ship within 5 business days.

Can I get free shipping?
You sure can. All order over R2000 get free shipping! Simply add all of your items to your cart, go to your check-out page and your shipping total will automatically go to zero.

What payment methods does UP accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Ozow, MTN Mobile Money debit and credit cards.
Online orders can also be placed via PayPal just keep in mind PayPal enforces a 60 day refund window
Can I change or cancel my order?
